You will most often find Dan serving in the kitchen and making sure that we are equipped with coffee on Sunday mornings.  In his free time, Dan loves spending time with his wife, Sue and being with his three grandchildren.


Aaron Spicer

Aaron serves in leading a small group and in leading worship from time to time.  In his free time, he enjoys flying his airplane and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their five kids.

Ryan Rustad

Ryan is married to Mya and has three children. In his free time, he enjoys sports and working with the teens in our youth ministry.


Thomas Toedter

Thomas is often known as the elder with the muscles and loves to give bear hugs.  He leads a small group and is passionate about discipleship. He is happily married to Emily and the dad of five wonderful kids.  He enjoys weightlifting, the outdoors, and being with his family.

Jerry Ward

Jerry is happily married to Patty. They have been attending Crosspoint for the past three years. He and Patty have six children and fourteen grandchildren, which they enjoy and keeps them busy. They have been retired for three years and God has blessed them with a home on Buchanan Lake in Ottertail. Jerry sings on the worship team and he and his wife lead a small group bible study. He enjoys fishing and golfing. He and Patty are so thankful for how God has led them to Crosspoint.


Charlie Balderston

Charlie currently co-leads our men’s ministry and serves with our youth and prayer ministries.  He is married to Sheila and they have four kids.  He is locally known for his grilling and bean bag tossing skills.
